What is the registration fee?
Click here to view the Registration Fees & Policies page. Please note we have 3 different registration periods and the price increases with each period: Early Registration ends on January 31. Advance Registration is from Feb. 1 - March 31. And Standard registration begins on April 1.
How Do I reserve a guest room at the conference hotel?

How do I reserve a meeting room at the conference hotel?
Meeting rooms are reserved for BOMA sponsors as the first priority. Requests can be made to BOMA's Director of Sponsorships, Vicki Cummins, vcummins@showmgmt.com or 888-777-6956.
How should I dress?
Business attire is recommended for Wednesday and Thursday. Friday is casual -- feel free to wear jeans and comfortable travel clothing for the last morning of the conference.
What meals are included with my registration?
Your conference registration fee includes the continental breakfasts on Thursday and Friday and lunch on Thursday. Light refreshments are provided throughout the conference.
How do I receive my name badge?
Bring your registration confirmation email to the BOMA registration desk located in the Sheraton Denver Downtown and your badge will be printed for you. You may bring either a printed copy of your confirmation email or it can be scanned from your mobile device. Please note your name badge should be worn during all conference events.
How can I update or change my registration information?
You can click on the registration dashboard link in your confirmation email, or email mre@csreg.zohodesk.com.
How can I speak at this conference?
Sessions are developed by committees made up of industry volunteers. If you are interested in speaking role at a future conference please contact Kia Lor, Director of Education, at klor@boma.org.
I am a speaker. How do I register?
You should have received an email confirming your speaking engagement with a code and URL to register. If you did not receive the email confirmation, please contact Kia Lor, Director of Education, at klor@boma.org.
I am a sponsor. How do I register?
Sponsors receive a limited number of complimentary registrations based on the sponsorship level. The main contact from your company received the code for the complimentary registration by email. If you are the main contact and did not receive the email please contact Kanwal Saluja, Director of Registration & Meeting Services, at ksaluja@boma.org or by phone at 202-326-6341.
How can I contact other attendees before the conference?
Starting in January we offer a networking portal, Peer Connect. This feature is only available to registered attendees. You will need to create a login and if you are a registered attendee, you will be able to see the Peer Connect tab on our website. From this tab you will be able to view all registered attendees, send messages to them and request a time to meet during the conference.
How do I download the Conference Mobile App?
The conference mobile app for iPhone and Android provides a searchable attendee list, schedule, session description and speakers. The app will be available to download from the App Store or Google Play a couple weeks before the conference. Registered attendees will be notified when the app becomes available. You will be able to access Peer Connect from the app but will be required to create a password if you have not already created it on the BOMA Medical Conference website.
I am a sponsor with a tabletop. When can I set up and where should I ship my materials?
A Service Manual will be sent to all tabletop sponsors in March 2025. It will include details on how big your tabletop display can be, contain order forms to order electrical and other a/v equipment, where to ship items to the hotel, when you can set-up and dismantle your tabletop display, and the fees associated with shipping and holding of the package by the hotel as well as forms for return shipment.
Is this conference tax deductible?
Yes. Expenses incurred by U.S. citizens in attending conferences held by non-profit associations, such as BOMA, generally are tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses where the attendance is primarily for business or professional reasons. Items that typically are deductible include the registration fees, travel to and from the conference, lodging and other incidental expenses. Consult with your tax advisor.
