Heather is a healthcare real estate executive offering over 15 years of experience providing progressive leadership in the commercial real estate industry. Leading all aspects of operations for complex real estate portfolios and programs her background includes diverse leadership experience including development, facilities management, asset management, transactions, capital planning, change management, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently she focuses on strategic initiatives for The US Oncology Network nationally.
Heather is a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network, serving as past president of AZCREW in 2024. She has also served on the CREW Network Global Foundation Board Director and is currently a member of the CREW Medical Real Estate Council.
She is the 106th CREW Network Visionary, recognized for displaying a deep commitment to advancing women in the commercial real estate industry throughout her career. Heather has served on the Arizona CoreNet Board of Directors and is an active CCIM (certified commercial investment member) designee, and ULI (Urban Land Institute) member. She was recognized as on of AZ Big Media’s 2022 Most Influential Women in Arizona and has been nominated for Phoenix Business Journal’s 40 under 40 class of 2025.
Heather earned a master’s degree in real estate development and finance from American University, Kogod School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in communication and political Science from The University of Pittsburgh. She lives with her spouse and two dogs in Phoenix, AZ.
