Marvina Williams is a registered nurse and a member of Advisory Services for Perkins&Will specializing in healthcare design, planning, and assisting clients to achieve operational efficiencies. Prior to joining Perkins&Will she was director of a large trauma center. As an emergency department director, she was responsible for preparing budgets, staffing, evaluating, and selecting equipment, writing, and implementing policies, and meeting regulatory requirements. She is a Lean Black Belt. Marvina understands the challenges and demands that healthcare providers are facing and seeks opportunities to streamline processes to improve client and staff satisfaction including simulation modeling.
