Jarrod Daddis oversees NexCore Group’s operations and strategic direction. Since the company’s inception in 2004, he has held key leadership roles, including Senior Managing Director of Development and Executive Managing Director of Development & Acquisitions. With extensive experience in real estate development and acquisitions, he has guided teams through all phases of the process—from transaction structuring and planning to design, construction, leasing, and sales/marketing. Over his career, he has developed and acquired over 15 million square feet of space, representing over $2 billion in asset value. Jarrod holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Communication from the University of Northern Colorado and two master’s degrees from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business: an MBA and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management.
