As director of Healthcare Security for North America, Leigh Green is responsible for expanding and improving the client base within the healthcare market segment, focusing on clients with complex buying processes.
She leverages her expertise in healthcare security to expand the company’s healthcare business through local field engagement, messaging, and sales process oversight. Additionally, she assists the operations team to maintain client satisfaction and retention of over 1,800 healthcare clients.
With more than 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Green holds several credentials including brain injury specialist, certified dementia practitioner, and assisted living administrator.
Previously, she was regional healthcare director of the Mid- Atlantic and North Southeast Regions at Allied Universal responsible for supporting business development managers, as well as the growth in two regions as a regional business development specialist.
Prior to joining Allied Universal, Green served as director of business development for Pharmascript in Farmington Hills, Michigan, and director of sales at Harbor Chase Memory Care in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Green holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on Healthcare Administration, serves as chair of the North Carolina chapter of the International Association of Healthcare Safety and Security (IAHSS) and is also an active member of ASIS and ACHE.
