Matthew is a Managing Director within the Investment Banking group at Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“Fifth Third”)
• Advises health systems, healthcare providers and institutional investors across the country on strategic real estate and
infrastructure transactions including development joint ventures, portfolio optimization strategies, energy-as-a-service, structured real estate
monetizations and acquisitions, and deal-level and programmatic capitalizations.
• Leads a team of six people having advised on over $10.0 billion of transaction volume across all 50 states.
• Named a “Top Player in the Healthcare Real Estate Space” by Globe Street and Connect Media recognized him as a “Commercial
Real Estate Next Generation Leader.”
