Chriss Papayannis serves as Vice President of Advisory at Realty Trust Group (RTG). RTG is an end-to-end healthcare real estate advisory firm that use its expertise to help health systems, hospitals, and physician groups with strategic growth, capital planning, acquisitions, transactions, development, operations and compliance.
Chriss has worked on both the hospital and health systems side with proven success in developing and executing end-to-end real estate strategies. He has served as Director of Real Estate for international and regional health systems with portfolios ranging in size from 3 million to 38 million square feet. He provides expertise in strategic market planning, finance/capital budgeting, transaction management, and development. He has served as an expert on dozens of healthcare real estate panels over the past 8 years. He is a Penn State alum and earned his MBA from York College of Pennsylvania.
